Vantastic barber is a business of AGS Mahal Pty Ltd, Abn 81633291782, Registered in Tarneit Vic 3029. Vantastic barber is a mobile barbershop. we sell mobile barber services and hair products. These terms and conditions are the contract between you (our Customers) and Vantastic Barber. By visiting or using Our Website, you agree to be bound by them.
Under 18 years? Sorry, but we deal only with people who are legally able to enter into a binding contract. Please ask parents/guardians to book your haircut service on your behalf.
If you use Our Website, you do so in accordance with these terms. If you are
unable to accept these terms, your only remedy is to leave Our Website and
stop using the Services.
Terms and conditions
- You can use our website to book haircut services. When you book an appointment and pay online via our website, we then come to your address on your booked time slot. Because of road conditions and not
every haircut is not the same, we will come to you anytime in between your booked time slot. For example, for time slot 10am -11am, we will come to you anytime between 10am to 11am.
- You can use our website to book haircut services. When you book an appointment and pay online via our website https://vantasticbarber.com.au/ we then come to your address on your booked time slot. Because of road conditions and not
every haircut is not the same, we will come to you anytime in between your booked time slot. For example, for time slot 10am -11am, we will come to you anytime between 10am to 11am.
- Booking is not confirmed until you receive the confirmation email or text from us. If
you do not receive a confirmation email or text but money has been deducted from
your account. Please contact us via phone 1800 265 807 or email
info@vantasticbarber.com.au
- If You booked with not enough time for us to be at your address (Such as you booked at 10:55 am for 11 am – 12pm time slot). we may not take your booking for the time you have requested; we may call you to organise different time. If you choose not to organise different time slot or we simply cancel your booking due to no time slot available. In this case we will fully refund your money
- Confirmation email or text will have information about your booking (date, time etc) and the payment receipt.
- Booking can be made 2 months in advance.
- Vantastic barber will visit you anytime in between your booked time slot. For
example, if you have booked for 9/oct/2020 and selected time slot of 4pm to 5pm.
We will come to you anytime between 4pm and 5pm on 9/oct/2020. On some
devices time slots may only show 4pm instead on 4pm-5pm. In that case you should
not assume that we come there at exact 4pm. We may come to you anytime
between 4pm – 5pm on the day you have selected. Due to things out of our reach
such as traffic we may get there late then the time slot. In that case we will notify
you. And in this case if you wish to cancel the appointment, we will fully refund your
money.
- Our vans are bigger than the average SUV and 2.8m high. Customer must provide
safe parking for the van. Parking must be safe and on flat ground. If barber thinks
parking you providing is not safe or its dangerous to reverse in or out of the parking,
Barber may ask you to come to the van where he/she can find safe parking closer to
your address. In the case where there is no safe parking available, and you refuse to
come to the van where barber has find the place and asked you to come. Barber may
refuse the service and customer will be liable of 50% of the appointment cost.
- If you are running late and cannot attend your appointment on time, we may
reschedule your appointment please let us know via phone that you are running late.
If you do not notify us and you are late more than 10 mins when our barber is
already at your address. We may have to cancel your booking. Because we will get
late for next bookings. In this case you may not be eligible for full refund and will be
charged 50% of what the appointment cost.
- There may be circumstances where we have confirmed your booking, but we may
not be able to provide you service, such as van/barbershop broken down, barber is
sick and cannot attend the work, govt have imposed restrictions, nasty weather
conditions. In these cases, we will notify you as soon as we can. We will fully refund
your money if we have to cancel the booking due to these circumstances.
- In order to provide service to you. You must not be under the influence of any drugs
or alcohol, must have good hygiene, must not have any disease or conditions which
may be contagious to others. Please do not make booking if you got any of these
conditions or think you will have above conditions for when you are making the
booking for.
- When we get to your place, we may refuse to service you if you are intoxicated, not
hygienic, have a condition which may be contagious to other customers or our staff,
aggressive/rude/behave inappropriately with our staff, you are late more than 15
mins when our barber gets there. In this case you may not be eligible for full refund
and will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
Vantastic Club – Subscription Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the Vantastic Club Subscription Service provided
by Vantastic Barber, a business of AGS Mahal Pty Ltd, ABN 81 633 291 782,
registered in Melton, VIC 3338. By subscribing to the Vantastic Club, you agree to be
bound by these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions
Overview of Subscription
Vantastic Club is a monthly haircut subscription service offered by Vantastic Barber.
By subscribing, you agree to receive haircut services on a recurring monthly basis,
with discounted pricing as outlined below
Subscription Benefits
- 20% discounts on all haircut services for the first 3 months after joining the
Vantastic Club.
- 10% discount on all haircut services from the 4th month onward.
- Discounts are automatically applied when booking via our website using the same
mobile number used for your subscription.
- You can add services or book for family and friends using your account. The 10%
discount will be automatically applied to these additional services as well.
How It Works
- You must subscribe to Vantastic Club via our website at
www.vantasticbarber.com.au.
- Your phone number is used to identify your subscription status. It is vital that you
use the same mobile number when booking services.
- Discounts will only be applied if you book using the same phone number registered
with your subscription.
Payments and Security
- Vantastic Barber uses Square AU Pty Ltd (ABN 38 167 106 176) to process all online
payments.
- Your payment information is stored securely by Square Australia. Vantastic Barber
does not store any customer payment details.
Subscription Price and Adjustments
- The price of the Vantastic Club subscription and the cost of services may change
from time to time.
- If Vantastic Barber makes any changes to its pricing, the updated prices will also
apply to existing subscriptions.
- Subscribers will be notified by SMS or email of any price increase at least 7 days
before the new price takes effect.
- By continuing to use the subscription after being notified of a price change, you
agree to and accept the new pricing.
Subscription Duration and Cancellation
- The subscription remains active until you cancel.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing:
info@vantasticbarber.com.au.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial
refunds are given for unused time.
Eligibility
- The subscription service is only available to individuals aged 18 and over who are
legally capable of entering a contract under the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- Parents/guardians may subscribe on behalf of minors
Changes and Termination
- Vantastic Barber reserves the right to modify or terminate the subscription service
or these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified via email or SMS.
- Continued use of the subscription after any changes indicates your acceptance of
the new terms.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be
resolved in accordance with Victorian law.
Vantastic Barber – Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions
The Refer a Friend Program (“Program”) is offered by Vantastic Barber, a business of AGS
Mahal Pty Ltd, ABN 81 633 291 782, and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By
participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
How the Program Works
- When an existing customer (“Referrer”) refers a new customer (“Friend”) to Vantastic
Barber, the Friend will receive 50% off their first haircut when booking online at
www.vantasticbarber.com.au.
- Once the Friend successfully books using their mobile number, and the booking is
completed within 3 weeks of the referral, the Referrer will receive 50% off their next haircut
service.
Eligibility of the Referred Friend
- The referred Friend must be a new customer to Vantastic Barber. This means they must
not have booked any service with Vantastic Barber in the past using the same phone
number or address. Existing addresses in our database are also considered as existing
customers. For example, if there are 3 people living at a particular address. Those 3 people
cannot refer each other.
- If the Friend has previously used Vantastic Barber’s services, they are not eligible for the
50% referral discount, and the Referrer will not receive a reward for referring them.
Referral Process
- Referrers must provide the Friend’s full name and correct mobile number when making
their own booking
- Once submitted, the Friend will receive an SMS with the referral offer and booking link
- The Friend must book using the same phone number they were referred with in order for
the discount to apply and for the Referrer to be eligible for their reward.
Referral Reward Conditions
- The Referrer’s 50% discount is only applied if the Friend completes a booking within 3
weeks from the referral date.
- The Referrer’s discount will automatically apply to their next haircut booking made via our
website, provided they use the same phone number used during the referral.
- The 50% discount for both Referrer and Friend applies to haircut services only and does
not include product purchases or add-ons.
Vantastic Club Members Referral
- Vantastic Club subscribers can also participate in the Refer a Friend Program.
- Due to automated discounting for members, Club subscribers must email their Friend’s
referral details to info@vantasticbarber.com.au (including Friend’s full name and mobile
number).
- Once the Friend completes a booking within 3 weeks, the Club member will receive a
cashback to match the full 50% benefit: For example, if a Club member is receiving 20% off through their subscription, they will be
issued a 30% cashback to equal the total 50% benefit.
- Cashback will be processed within 7 business days after the Friend’s appointment is
completed.
Additional Terms
- Only one 50% discount can be redeemed per referral. Multiple referrals cannot be stacked.
- Discounts and cashback cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.
- Referrals must be genuine. Self-referrals or attempts to refer yourself using a different
number or profile will not be accepted and may result in exclusion from the program.
- Vantastic Barber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Program at any time
without notice.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or
related to the Refer a Friend Program will be resolved under Victorian law
Refund Policy
When you book for haircut service with us you pay in advance on our website. Your payment receipt will be emailed with the confirmation email.
We understand that life happens, and things can get out of reach. There may be occasions where you may require rescheduling or cancel your appointment. In this case you need to notify us as soon as possible. So that we can cancel or reschedule your booking. By letting us know as soon as you can, helps us save staff costs and we may be able to balance our lost net profit by allocating that time to different customer.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know 4 hours before your
appointment time. For example, if you have booked for 8pm to 9pm time slot on
09/oct/2020. You must notify us before 4pm of 09/oct/2020, via email at
info@vantasticbarber.com.au or call us on 1800265807. If you notify us before 4 hours of
booking time you will be eligible for full refund. If you do not notify us prior to 4 hours of
your booking time, you may be charged 50% of the booking charges. 4 hours’ notice period
doesn’t apply to first 4 appointments which are 8am-9am, 9am – 10am, 10am – 11am,
11am -12 pm. If you have to cancel these time slots then you have to let us know before the
closing time which is 8pm any day, of the day before the appointment day.
If you are unable to make it due to circumstances outside of your control. Such as you had a
road accident just before the appointment, extreme weather condition. Then we will refund
you the full amount.
